These are the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your access and use of the BuildPro website ("Site") along with its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services, and tools. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these Terms.
The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. By using https://www.buildpro.com.pk (‘Site’) you agree to the following policies and other terms and conditions.
Product Delivery Policy
o Your order is of the highest value for us. We make our best effort to ensure that your ordered product(s) reaches your destination as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call from us to verify the placed order as per availability / pricing of product(s) and to initiate the delivery process. Once your order is confirmed by phone call, you will also get confirmation intimation through SMS / email.
o Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to your given address within the next seven (7) working days anywhere in Pakistan, depending upon your location (delivery charges vary).
o For all easily shippable items, we will deliver the items at our earliest. Any BuildPro personnel shall not be held responsible if the attempted delivery fails due to any of the reasons mentioned below:
• Non availability of recipient at the delivery address.
• Invalid delivery address.
• Wrong order placed online at the time of checking out or confirming order.
• Delays due to the city/country’s law and order situation.
• Any act of nature, vandalism or strikes.
o We start the shipping process as soon as we get the confirmation of order. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our sales department immediately.
o A credit amount will stand against the customer if online payment has been made before cancellation of an order, which can be used later. In case of reimbursement, online bank charges will be applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy
In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately and get in touch with us on Karachi: 021- 35156092-4, Lahore: 042-32020201-2. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution.
In a normal situation, as per company policy: All Sales are final. No Exchange. No Refund.
Other Terms and Conditions
(A) Your Account
To access certain services offered by the platform, we may require that you create an account with us or provide personal information to complete the creation of an account. We may at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, invalidate the username and/or password without giving any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by, caused by, arising out of, in connection with or by reason of such request or invalidation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification, password, account details and related private information. You agree to accept this responsibility and ensure your account and its related details are always maintained securely and all necessary steps are taken to prevent misuse of your account. You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Site enables you to purchase products listed at the price (PKR) indicated therein at any time from any location using mentioned payment methods. You further agree and acknowledge that we cannot be a party to, or control in any manner, any transactions on the Site, or on a payment gateway, as made available to you by an independent service provider. You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the Site, and transacting at your own risk, and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering any transactions through the Site. We shall try our best to resolve any dispute arising in this regard. Cash on Delivery (COD) payment terms will only be available in Lahore and Karachi as per the prescribed limit on the Site. For all other areas you can only choose from amongst the other available online advance payment options.
(D) Availability of the Site / Errors & Inaccuracies
We will do our best to ensure that access to the Site is consistently available, uninterrupted, and error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the nature of the Site, this cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, your access to the Site may also be occasionally suspended, or restricted, to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We shall try to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
We cannot, and do not, guarantee the accuracy and completeness of any information including prices, services, product images, specifications, and availability. We reserve the right to change and update information and to correct errors / inaccuracies at any time without any prior notice.
